birdies and trees this could look good on stationaries or kids bedding, i think. so, my mother-in-law showed my father-in-law the video Ozzie made of Hopscotcher’s merchandises and he got so excited. he told me how he absolutely loves my pattern and he is going to approach some fashion people in Karachi and show them my work. he said, today we will have to look for them (people who wants to buy the patterns) but later they will come look for us. he is convinced so im going to be too need to have more faith in my work! where do you find such supportive in-laws?? my God, im so lucky to have found this family! alhamdullilah

bohemian motif for a new commissioned pattern. im new at pattern making and for a self-taught artist and designer like me, it is extremely difficult. especially now that im not just making patterns for myself but have to design for others and to bring what they have dream in their mind to life, it is not easy. there are many requirements, many limitations. sometime it is so frustrating that i just doubt if i could actually do this. only thing is, i enjoy seeing the end product and thats why i keep dragging myself to go through the process so i can get the kick-out feeling when i see the final pattern i need help
