July 6, 2017Insta-PostsComments Off on shepard’s pie. i used soya/tvp granules and mixed veges for the fillings. i bet if i didnt tell, no one will know this is vegan. because taste do not come from meat. it comes from the spices, herbs and plants that we added into the meat. have you tried tasting bland meat? as for texture – tvp, seitan and even mushroom can give great textures similar to meats. win-win situation i would say. im happy and the cows are happy too
